Strapless with small pink beaded white pearl flowers all the way around the shoulders, (front & back) and tufted with flowers through out the whole dress. This dress is very elegant and stunning, I had it custom made in Hong Kong, and can be used for a sweet sixteen, quinceniera, or even as a wedding dress. This dress includes a glittery sweet sixteen tiara crown, a white scarf to wrap around your shoulders, the tie back for back of dress and an extra poofy slip to widen the dress even more.
